- **Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Conduct training sessions in both individual and group settings, ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance service quality, streamline workflows, and reduce error rates.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of a diverse audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of training programs.

Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants to reinforce learning and development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Relevant experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role within the contact centre, with a background in coaching or training
- Exemplify a passion for customer service and adviser satisfaction, striving to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design and proficient in using training tools and technologies.
- Ability to identify learning opportunities for team members through thorough analysis of all customer interactions.
