We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team in a significant period of transformation within the insurance industry.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet organizational needs.
- Provide updates on capability, change reports, and communication activities.
- Ensure effective handover of training material to the business for maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records in the LMS and HRIS systems.
- Support the embedding of change-related training.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training and development programs (3+ years).
- Previous experience on transformation programs is essential.
- Experience working in hybrid or flexible work environments, including online training methods (e-learning).
- Previous experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial.
- A Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment would be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in learning and development.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
