We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team in a significant period of transformation within the insurance industry.

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Provide updates on capability, change reports, and communication activities.
  • Ensure effective handover of training material to the business for maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records in the LMS and HRIS systems.
  • Support the embedding of change-related training.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training and development programs (3+ years).
  • Previous experience on transformation programs is essential.
  • Experience working in hybrid or flexible work environments, including online training methods (e-learning).
  • Previous experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial.
  • A Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment would be advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in learning and development.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
