We are seeking an Agribusiness Relationship Manager to play a key role in helping our customers thrive and grow their businesses.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of your customers' goals and deliver solutions that benefit both parties while maintaining awareness of growth targets.
- Work proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and the organisation.
- Drive profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results you can feel proud of.
- Support the success of your state team by mentoring and growing the skills of your fellow colleagues across the region.
- A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
- The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver licence.
We would like you to have:
- Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
- The ability to think outside the square to develop innovative solutions.
