Job Description:

As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining trusted working relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their needs and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities include developing deep customer understanding, delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of growth targets, proactively identifying new business prospects and opportunities, partnering with network stakeholders to implement localized engagement plans, and driving profitable growth for the local area by meeting team sales targets and achieving results.

You will also support the success of your state team by mentoring and growing the skills of fellow colleagues across the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline
  • Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's license

We would also like to see demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles, financial analysis skills including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets, and the ability to think outside the square to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
