Agribusiness Relationship Manager Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in regional Australian communities. As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their needs, and driving profitable growth for the region.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agribusiness lending and credit risk principles, as well as financial analysis skills. They will also possess up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a deep understanding of customers' goals and delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of business growth targets
  • Working proactively within the community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to the portfolio
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement localized engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities, and business
  • Driving profitable growth for the local area by meeting team sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline
  • Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's license
