Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Campaign Manager to join our high-performing Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing automation tools to optimize campaign effectiveness, leveraging both toolsets and agency support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute demand generation campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive lead generation.
  • Assist in crafting compelling and effective copy for various marketing materials as needed.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors to access marketing development funds (MDF).
  • Work closely with vendors to co-create and execute joint marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management or related roles within the ICT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and marketing development funds.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience with an IT&T System Integrator, Managed Service Provider, or similar organization.
