The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Campaign Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns to drive BankVic's growth. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategy development, creative, delivery, and post-campaign reporting to support delivery of brand and acquisition campaigns, tactical promotional strategies, and always-on conversion campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Partner with our Sales, Digital, and Product teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
- Leverage data and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage external agency and key partner relationships.
- Monitor competitor marketing activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Effectively manage campaign marketing budgets and track results.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar marketing role within an agency or in-house environment.
- Tertiary qualification in business or marketing or an equivalent degree.
- Strong background in end-to-end marketing, campaign, media planning, creative production experience across print and digital mediums.
- A working knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to translate data.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with demonstrated experience in content strategy and content writing.
- Stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects.
