The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns to drive BankVic's growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategy development, creative, delivery, and post-campaign reporting to support delivery of brand and acquisition campaigns, tactical promotional strategies, and always-on conversion campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deliver on the campaign plan in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and execution of brand campaign activity.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the member purchase journey, including online behaviors and online/offline touchpoints to inform engagement opportunities.
  • Work closely with media agency partners to develop innovative media plans.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activity and seek out new opportunities.
  • Manage tracking and reporting on marketing activity results.
  • Effectively manage campaign marketing budgets, including tracking and monitoring forecasts.
  • Manage external agency and key partner relationships.
  • Partner closely with key internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management processes and controls.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar marketing role within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or marketing or an equivalent degree of a similar nature.
  • Strong background in end-to-end marketing, campaign, media planning, creative production experience across print and digital mediums.
  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to translate data.
  • Strong understanding of the digital customer journey, including digital performance metrics, channels, audience building, and best practice.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with demonstrated experience in the development of content strategy and content writing specifically for digital channels.
  • Stakeholder management and leadership skills and ability to influence.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and projects.
