Accelerate Your Career as a Business Development Manager

Nuvei, a leading Canadian fintech company, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. Reporting to the SDR Director, you will play a critical role in accelerating the distribution of our products, specifically targeting the APAC market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record in sales development. If you're passionate about driving business growth and have a strong desire to lead and manage others, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Manage, onboard, and train a growing team of SDRs who generate new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities.
  • Be a hands-on leader, supporting prospecting and qualification until the team grows to a sufficient size where this is not effective.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators for yourself and your team.
  • Demonstrate best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients – and pass this on to your team.
  • Manage your time efficiently and prioritize your workload to generate your own results as well as your team's.

What You'll Need:

  • Ambitious individual with 1-2 years of Sales Development experience, ideally both inbound and outbound.
  • Proven track record in managing and training sales teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
