As a Data Strategy Director - APAC, you'll shape and deliver our APAC business intelligence and data strategy. With your expertise, you'll drive innovation using technologies like Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and Thoughtspot, ensuring smooth data operations and championing efficient processes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in the fintech industry with a global leader in CFD trading and share investing. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the Business Intelligence Team, providing technical guidance and direction
  • Shaping and delivering our APAC business intelligence and data strategy
  • Guiding senior leaders on new business initiatives and strategic projects
  • Managing cross-functional teams across data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and analytics
  • Driving innovation and efficiency in data operations

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a technical leader who thrives on developing both systems and people. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience leading BI technical teams and managing stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud technologies
  • Expertise with modern development practices, CICD, and Infrastructure as Code
