Key Participant Support Specialist

About this Opportunity:
Talent International is seeking a highly motivated Key Participant Support Specialist to join our team in Wendouree.
As a Key Participant Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving participant matters by actioning planning tasks as per the NDIS Act. You will also provide counter/reception support for the local office, including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage participant matters by actioning planning tasks as per the NDIS Act
- Provide counter/reception support for the local office
- Resolve customer enquiries and provide information or refer customers to appropriate government or community services
- Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries
- Coordinate appointments using Agency office facilities and ensure facilities are accessible for participants
- Undertake research and investigation activities and prepare associated reports and correspondence
- Perform data entry activities and follow up as required
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Prior reception experience
- Disability or government background advantageous
Estimated Salary: $74,729.20 per annum (based on 12-month contract with potential beyond)
