About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced APS3 Participant Support Specialist to join our Complex Supports Needs Branch in Wendouree. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of $37.36 + Superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve participant matters by implementing planning tasks in accordance with the NDIS Act.
  • Provide counter and reception support for our local office, including assistance with participant inquiries through self-help kiosks and online support.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, provide information, and refer customers to relevant government or community services.
  • Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments utilizing Agency office facilities and ensure they are accessible for participants.
  • Conduct research and investigation activities, preparing associated reports and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure follow-up is completed.
  • Receive and record complaints and feedback within our business systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in a reception role.
  • A background in disability or government services is advantageous.
