About the Role

Navitas Skilled Futures is seeking a highly skilled SEE Participant Support Officer to join its team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners in maintaining their engagement in training and goal achievements.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of various government programs that support settlement services and the VET sector, including SEE providers and other services in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Consistent Delivery of Services: Shape participants' first impressions, coordinate with Site Leads and training staff to determine the best pathway options for clients, and provide timely assessments on progress against goals.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Work with employment service providers and community organizations, supporting relationships with external bodies, and facilitating work experience placements and referrals.
  • Provide Comprehensive Pathways Advice: Conduct program interviews, complete pathway guides, lead orientation, and offer high-quality employment, vocational, and educational guidance.
  • Enhance Participant Support: Refer learners to appropriate services as required, maintain up-to-date resources, work with Team/Site Leaders, and organize information sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely assessment information and maintain detailed participant records.
  • Comply with Privacy Regulations: Securely manage participant information.
