About HCF
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team in Australia.
As a leading not-for-profit health fund, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality healthcare solutions to over 1.7 million members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, building strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through outbound sales calls and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What You'll Need:
- A proven track record of success in sales, particularly in an outbound sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Knowledge of the Australian healthcare industry and relevant regulations
Benefits:
