About Our Role
We are seeking a skilled Provider Services Officer to join our team at HCF Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our members.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborating with our healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
