About the Role

We are in search of a seasoned Business Operations Project Manager to enhance our team. The Project Manager will oversee and manage a variety of business projects and initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation and execution of essential deliverables. This position will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and marketing, to promote operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals are achieved within established timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate and communicate project activities, advancements, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify and address project risks, ensuring that contingency strategies are in place.
  • Monitor project performance and uphold quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status and escalate any issues or concerns as needed.
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Experience in a global or multicultural setting is advantageous.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
