About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Manager to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager in a Platform Strategy Lead capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategy: Foster innovation and drive business growth through the development and implementation of a comprehensive business strategy.
  • Support Business Planning: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate the business strategy into actionable plans and initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
  • Coordinate Strategic Initiatives: Prioritize and manage the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key results.
  • Establish and Sponsor Strategic Projects: Champion project management disciplines and embed processes, structures, and tools for the execution of strategy.
  • Oversee and Monitor Strategic Objectives: Track cost/benefit analysis, identify risks, and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Prepare Strategic Papers: Develop and present strategic papers to the Executive Committee and Boards, providing insights and recommendations on business strategy.
  • Coordinate Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Platforms Leadership Team to develop and implement the business strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven experience in designing and implementing business strategies, with a strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Business Development and Strategy: Experience in business development and strategy, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
