- Monitor and report on progress to plan in terms of scope, schedule, costs, and change management activities, providing regular updates to project governance bodies.

- Manage change or deviation from the plan with appropriate governance, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies.
- Maximize efficient allocation of resources and skills within the project, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
- Adhere to the organization's project management standards for key activities, including status reporting, project finance management, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
- Extensive project management experience with demonstrated experience in managing regulatory projects and technical projects within financial services.
- High proficiency in building partnerships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills in the use of agile techniques, with experience in implementing and managing agile project methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a highly professional approach.
- Experience in vendor, contract management, and procurement of digital solutions, with a strong understanding of project finance and budgeting.
- Program management experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Sydney-based role with hybrid working arrangements.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- 6-month contract with extensions, offering opportunities for career growth and development.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
