About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at WSP Global Inc. as a key member of our national HR Business Partnering team. This role will see you partner with internal clients to drive people initiatives and future-ready outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teams and partner with leadership groups to guide, coach, and drive our ambitious people agenda.
  • Deliver a full annual employee cycle, including strategic planning, project work, change management programs, and more.
  • Build deep client relationships and add value to clients' business and people strategy.
  • Coach people managers and manage complex ER issues end-to-end, facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as a HR Generalist, preferably in STEM or Consulting, coupled with strong knowledge of HR best practice.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR.
  • Prior experience in investigations of workplace and performance management issues.
  • Experience in managing projects of varying complexity and size.
  • Experience in change management.
