About the Role
We are in search of a seasoned Business Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will oversee and manage a variety of business projects and initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation and execution of critical deliverables. This position will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and marketing, to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals are achieved within established timelines, scope, and budget.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication regarding project activities, progress, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and address project risks, ensuring that contingency plans are established.
- Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and escalate any issues or concerns as needed.
- Identify potential areas for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Experience in a global or multicultural setting is advantageous.
- PMP or other project management certifications are beneficial.
