About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WHS Specialist to join our team at Be Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting clients and staff in the disability, aged care, and community services sectors.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective WHS frameworks and reporting processes.
  • Provide expert advice on WHS matters and injury management to Hosts and employees.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and report incidents and claims.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for WHS inquiries, ensuring clear communication and accessibility.
  • Coordinate return-to-work (RTW) processes and incident reporting with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate records and training materials are maintained.
  • Deliver WHS training and foster a safe, supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in WHS and 3-5 years of experience in WHS/OHS in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations.
  • Experience with WHS systems, Microsoft Suite, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
