We're seeking an experienced Life Safety Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for implementing digital automation for business-wide systems and processes. Your focus will be on advancing process consistency, training, communication, and compliance, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data by tracking, auditing, and managing records.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Life Safety Performance and Reporting Manager to support the development of online management systems and communicate system requirements. Additionally, you'll deliver related training content and coach business stakeholders on how to use features efficiently.

A key aspect of this role is to enhance employee experience and productivity by:

  • Supporting and administering the configuration of our Life Safety Management System
  • Implementing new features and functionality, such as technical/functional courses, programs, and tailored learning plans
  • Coaching stakeholders on blended learning solutions and pathways
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular tracking and audits
  • Creating and distributing customized reports and ad-hoc safety alerts
  • Developing and maintaining the Life Safety intranet content and page
  • Assisting in identifying and deploying new safety technologies

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and consultation skills, as well as process-driven, adaptive, and efficient approach to your work. You'll be dedicated to service and customer focus, results-oriented, timely, and thorough in your tasks.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
