At Beaumont People, we are seeking a skilled Workplace Safety Specialist to lead our Work, Health and Safety (WHS) portfolio.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide expert advice to our WHS team, management, and executive on WHS and Workers Compensation matters. Key responsibilities include leading the daily operations of the WHS Management System, analysing data to identify foreseeable hazards, and overseeing Workers Compensation claims management.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus not-for-profit salary packaging and 17.5% annual leave loading.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in WHS and Injury Management
  • Relevant qualification in Work, Health & Safety Management or similar field
  • Experience in managing WHS hazards in Disability, Human Services or similar sectors
