Job Description

We are seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our users and maintaining a safe and respectful community environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and respond to user reports, taking appropriate action per operations policies.
  • Drive improvement initiatives by providing guidance on policy development and executing projects to enhance existing workflows.
  • Provide training and feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of support resources and content to help users understand our community guidelines and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.
  • Familiarity with online child safety, fraud, spam, or other types of abuse.
  • Proven track record managing data sets and using data to inform decision making.
  • Agility in adopting new workflows and prioritizing competing demands.
