Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for accounting?
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as an Accounts Administration Assistant.
We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, who can work independently and meet tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in a similar role.
You will be responsible for maintaining the prepayment schedule, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, and reconciling accounts.
Additionally, you will provide reporting and administrative support to the Senior Bookkeeper, assist with billing and banking tasks, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Key requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Xero Software
- Knowledge of Deputy Rostering software or similar
