Account Service Coordinator (maternity cover) – contract role starting October/November 2025 until December 2026 (13 months with possible extension). Based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, QLD with Monday work-from-home.
Role DescriptionThis contract role handles day-to-day job management, ensuring high levels of accuracy. Responsibilities include assisting the Account Management and Production Teams with coordination of projects from inception to completion, communicating with clients and suppliers, and analysing project needs for optimal delivery. Include general administration support.
Responsibilities- Coordinate projects from inception to completion with Account Management and Production Teams
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
- Ensure accuracy in all work and analyse project needs for optimal delivery
- Provide general administration support as required
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Excellent proofreading skills
- High level of computer literacy in a Mac environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Good understanding of print and signage
- Experience in the property development industry is a plus
- Ability to stay calm and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment
