This role involves providing timely and effective administrative support to the team. The position holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and managing accounts.
- Provide high-quality administrative support services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions, including payments and receipts.
- Manage accounts and maintain accurate records to meet regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. They will also have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
