Senior HR Advisor, Strategic Workforce Planning

As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic and operational HR advice to support workforce planning and recruitment efforts. Your expertise will help build manager capability, foster a culture of inclusivity, and promote the well-being of staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and guiding managers on workforce and people issues;
- Triage complex people issues to broader teams;
- Contributing to the implementation of the Parks Workforce and Culture Action Plan;
- Identifying workforce trends and issues through data analysis;
- Providing on-park support to facilitate workshops on various HR topics;
- Refining and improving the delivery of HR services and support.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Highly developed cultural competency and ability to work with First Nations peoples;
- Relevant HR qualifications and experience is highly desirable.
