Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic and operational HR advice to support workforce planning and recruitment efforts. Your expertise will help build manager capability, foster a culture of inclusivity, and promote the well-being of staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coaching and guiding managers on workforce and people issues;
  2. Triage complex people issues to broader teams;
  3. Contributing to the implementation of the Parks Workforce and Culture Action Plan;
  4. Identifying workforce trends and issues through data analysis;
  5. Providing on-park support to facilitate workshops on various HR topics;
  6. Refining and improving the delivery of HR services and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Highly developed cultural competency and ability to work with First Nations peoples;
  • Relevant HR qualifications and experience is highly desirable.
