The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Advisor to provide strategic support across various HR functions within the DART Program.This key role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-profile program of work, ensuring alignment with APS and Corporate HR practices along with the NDIS Commission's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively working across the program to plan and manage the entire resourcing lifecycle, including resource planning, recruitment, onboarding new personnel and managing associated administrative processes.Key responsibilities include:

The Regulatory Operations Division oversees regulatory, compliance and enforcement operations, incident response, compliance monitoring and investigations, the approval of registered providers, suitability assessments, and management of the national Worker Screening database.
