The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of a strategic workforce plan or projects aligned to its intent. This includes setting direction and priorities in line with workforce planning goals and broader organisational objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading a team of HR Professionals on strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Coaching, developing and upskilling team members to meet capability needs
- Supporting team members through business and organisational changes leveraging clear and concise communication
- Leveraging performance metrics and business intelligence to make recommendations to senior leaders and enterprise governance committees
