This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a newly created HR Business Partnering function across multiple institutions.
The RoleWe are seeking a senior HR practitioner to provide high-quality support and guidance on complex HR issues, identify ways to continuously improve team performance, and build capability.
You will be a trusted advisor to the business and work with leaders providing expert strategic and operational HR advice and support across a range of HR matters, including workforce planning, performance development design, case management, culture and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, work health and safety, and implementation of contemporary people management strategies.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with a high-level of knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues, who can think big picture and operationalise key initiatives to facilitate a positive institutional culture.
They should have a proven track record in fostering a culture of continuous development and the ability to develop a high functioning team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and guidance on complex HR issues
