Workforce Transformation Specialist

As a key contributor to the eSafety Strategic HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the agency's workforce and culture.

  • Provide strategic support to leaders, including developing change management plans.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to facilitate organizational change, facilitating focus groups and co-design sessions.
  • Design and implement wellbeing strategies and initiatives to mitigate psychosocial risks throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic workforce and culture initiatives.
  • Counsel leaders and managers on topics such as managing psychosocial risks, leading change, and effective work design.

Essential skills and competencies include experience supporting leaders to drive people-centric change activities, leading wellbeing/HR initiatives related to psychosocial risk management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
