This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as a strategic workforce planning professional.

We are looking for a driven and experienced HR expert to lead and develop a team, applying their knowledge and expertise in workforce planning to design, develop and implement strategies aimed at building a skilled and capable workforce.

As a leader, you will be responsible for setting team directions and ensuring alignment with organisational goals, coaching and developing team members to build technical expertise, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of strategic workforce plans or projects aligned to organisational goals.
  • Support your team to deliver people-based solutions to workforce issues and challenges that drive business success.
  • Set team direction and priorities in line with workforce planning objectives and broader organisational strategy.
  • Coaching, developing and upskilling team members to meet capability needs.
  • Maintaining effective relationships internally and externally.
Essential Requirements:
  • You must be an Australian citizen.
  • A security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • High proficiency in workforce planning methodologies and tools, alongside Microsoft Office suite.
