Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, execute and monitor project activities to deliver quality products and services on time and within budget.
  • Interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers and vendors for assigned projects and tenders.
  • Prepare work packages and scopes of work as part of the Request for Quotations process.
  • Assist in reviewing proposals and conducting technical bid evaluations.
  • C Coordinate meetings with customers, internal stakeholders and/or vendors.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team to develop detailed project specifications and quotes.
  • Manage, quote and discuss with customers and management any technical deviations, potential variation orders, issues & risks.
  • Attend regular project meetings to address project timelines, risk management, project scope & budget reviews and contribution to lessons learned sharing.
  • Monitor construction during fabrication stage, inspections, equipment installation, FAT, project completions and assist the pre-commissioning phase for critical issues.
  • Review, coordinate and record vendor documentation between customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good attitude and willingness to excel.
  • Team player.
  • Pro-activeness.
  • Some project management experience.
  • Familiarity with engineered product package systems is preferred.
  • Able to communicate technically with vendors, customers and workshop technicians.
  • Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in engineering or related field.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, location dependant benefits (car, annual leave allowance, pension etc) and always include shares options.
