As a Clinical Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where you can grow your skills and knowledge. You will be part of a team that genuinely cares about your development and engagement, with weekly 1:1 supervision, experienced buddies, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
We offer an estimated salary of $86,400 including super, plus a range of benefits including travel reimbursement, an external CPD allowance up to $1,500, multiple performance-based incentive programs, a laptop and smartphone, professional indemnity insurance, access to salary packaging and novated leasing, and exclusive discounts on travel, health insurance and gym membership.
