As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts to attract top talent in retail roles. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with Regional and Store Managers to advise on best practices, and creating compelling job advertisements that reflect our brand values.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills and experience with high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and manager experiences.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
