
Retail Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to fill an exciting role in our retail recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of retail management roles across various brands for a particular geographical location.
Your primary objective will be to identify, attract, and select top talent to drive business success. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement best practices to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Advisor role or equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns. You should possess strong influencing skills, business partnering skills, and leadership abilities to motivate and guide your team members.
Additionally, you should be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present ideas confidently to groups. Your creativity, confidence, and resilience will enable you to challenge ideas and status quo, while your organizational skills will ensure seamless coordination of multiple tasks and projects.
