Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated recruitment professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the talent acquisition process, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting talented individuals for various retail roles.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process for all retail roles within their store portfolio. Key responsibilities include writing and placing advertisements, managing appointment bookings, utilizing strategic sourcing techniques, collaborating with external agencies, compiling and analyzing recruitment statistics, and contributing to the advancement of talent acquisition initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment and/or store management experience within the retail industry is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management is highly regarded.
  • Experience in bulk recruitment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices within the retail sector.
  • Understanding of online advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System programs is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, excel at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
