Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Ls Travel Retail Full time

Fantastic contract role available immediately for a period of **6 months to **specifically to** **support** our NZ business **as we prepare to move to a single operator model for the Duty-Free Operations at Auckland Airport.

This role will have a direct reporting line into the HR Business Partner & TA Lead based in Melbourne with a dotted line to the Operations Manager for NZ with a mix of work to be performed between the Support Office in Melbourne CBD and home.

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- recruitment/ screening experience
- a confident phone manner and good communication skills
- the ability to multitask and prioritise, with excellent time management skills
- the ability to work efficiently and work as part of a team
- the confidence to pick up new systems fast, and can work with a computer confidently

**As our internal Recruiter, some of your key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Co-ordinating and/or conducting interviews
- Support the efficient delivery of the recruitment function by carrying out other general tasks
- Provide administrative support to the HR team when required
