Bid Support Specialist

This role is perfect for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting fast-paced teams.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the bid team in writing, editing, and reviewing tender reports and documents.
  • Ensure high-quality bid submissions by reviewing and formatting tender documents for accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Source and compile company content for bid documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good drafting, proofing, and editing skills.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position would be advantageous, with training provided.
  • A mature attitude, fast learner, and proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
