This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of competitive tenders for national clients. The successful candidate will support the Bids team in creating compelling bid strategies and high-quality bid documents.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic bid plans
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings, write, edit, design/format, and coordinate input from subject matter experts
  • Support bids teams through competitive presentations, including opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in accordance with firm criteria
  • Guide and influence opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in accordance with firm criteria
  • Define and articulate compelling value propositions, in concert with BD, Communications, and other complementary specialists on priority opportunities
  • Write/rework quality content, accurately proofread and edit content, applying and complying with tone of voice guidelines
  • Apply Corporate Visual Identity guidelines to ensure brand-compliant design, layout, and formatting of documents, including diagrams and imagery, working with the Design team when appropriate
  • Provide guidance and training to team members across the firm to support the development of high-quality bids, including those produced independently of the Bids team
  • Contribute to the firm's bid framework (processes, templates, tools, and training), including the pursuit of initiatives that enhance bid capability across Australia

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of bid strategy and management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
