About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AV and Technology Specialist to join our team at Westpac. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AV and technology support to our employees and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for AV equipment, video conferencing, and webcasting
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to deliver technology solutions for meetings and events
  • Set up and operate AV equipment for internal events, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-site support
  • Investigate and analyze technical issues, recommending solutions to achieve customer objectives
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes for employees and customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with production AV technology, including audio, video, and lighting
  • Experience in a corporate AV environment
  • Knowledge of Crestron control systems and livestream/webcast/broadcast experience
  • General video conference knowledge and experience
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Previous experience with installing and maintaining electronic instruments and control systems
