The Account Manager will establish client relationships, acquire new customers and identify revenue streams from the existing customer portfolio.

  • Manage a small portfolio of accounts with 80% acquisition focus and 20% portfolio focus.

  • Actively own and manage the relationship for allocated Shift customers through strategic account management practices, customer service and general outreach.
  • Responding to and problem-solving customer queries via email and phone.

Requirements

  • A business or finance degree is beneficial but not essential.
  • Demonstrated relationship management/sales experience in a professional services setting.
  • Proven experience successfully managing pipeline of existing customers and potential leads.
  • Strong understanding of financial services highly regarded.
