Job Title: Business Development Specialist
This exciting opportunity will see you managing global programs and delivering bespoke insurance solutions to clients.
You'll work on complex and unique placements, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines, achieve business objectives, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Assessing insurable risks, designing tailored insurance solutions, and negotiating the best deals in the global insurance market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with underwriting partners.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their growth.
- Driving new business development and expanding Gallagher's footprint.
- Managing end-to-end renewal insurance programs, including strategy meetings, renewals, reports, market engagement, amendments, and cancellations.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business targets.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing commercial, corporate, or multinational clients.
- Strong account management expertise and technical knowledge in general commercial insurance.
- A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills paired with a professional and driven attitude.
