Job Title: Business Development Specialist

About the Role

The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

  • Evaluate the implications of system changes and develop testing protocols to ensure seamless integration.
  • Generate clear project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build business solutions.
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Align business processes with strategic objectives.
  2. Evaluate the impact of system changes and develop effective testing protocols.
  3. Design and document business solutions for technical specialists.
  4. Consult with stakeholders to capture and reflect their requirements in test scenarios.
  5. Liaise with technical resources to monitor developments and ensure key milestones are met.
  6. Maintain data integrity and security throughout the development and testing cycles.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development and a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical specialists.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
