The Sales & Member Service team manages inbound enquiries for Home & Motor Insurance, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services. The team works towards achieving sales and compliance targets.
Our Roadside Assistance team provides empathetic support to our members in times of need, requiring individuals who want to go the extra mile to help with each unique case.
As part of our team, you will receive upskilling training on various products and services within 9-12 months of starting your journey.
Available Roles- Motor Insurance Products - Joondalup/West Perth (October)
- Roadside Assistance (Breakdowns) - Joondalup (November)
Contact centre hours are available 7 days a week, Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 10:30pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Training and DevelopmentYou'll be set up for success with a fully paid, structured training program delivered directly by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.
Training courses are full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, ranging from 5-9 weeks from the start date.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
