Job Description

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will work closely with partners to drive software adoption, ensuring seamless integration of Cisco solutions into their businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enabling key partners to leverage Cisco's established Lifecycle Adoption Program (LCA), accelerating customer success and driving revenue growth.
  • Supporting partners in delivering defined Success Programs, targeting specific software products and initiatives, and providing valuable feedback to optimize these programs.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate partners on Cisco products, using successful case studies to drive onboarding and adoption.
  • Acting as a liaison between partners and Cisco's CX product teams, providing essential feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of adoption initiatives, assessing their impact, and iterating on strategies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a good understanding of IT/infrastructure and software.
  • Experience developing software use cases with customers, leveraging data-driven insights to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Proven experience in a related function, with direct customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales or professional services.
