Your Role

We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled customer service and creating memorable experiences for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to Sales Associates during presentations and events.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Van Cleef & Arpels' rich heritage and spirit.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to drive sales growth and optimize store operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-touch customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

Our offer includes a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
