Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate at Black Pepper, part of the Brand Collective network. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create genuine in-store experiences with customers to understand their needs and act as a brand ambassador for Black Pepper and Brand Collective businesses.
  • Style customers to ensure they look and feel great, contributing to store sales and KPI targets.
  • Participate in store events such as morning teas and charity events.
  • Assist the team in the day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, cleaning, and administration tasks.
  • Contribute to a well-organised stockroom and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height, ensuring comfort and safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a passion for providing style advice to make a positive impact on customers' lives and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Have experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role in a team environment.
  • Be able to commit to a shift pattern and demonstrate flexibility to assist during peak trade periods.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, and EFTPOS facilities.
  • Be able to adapt your selling style to meet the needs of individual customers.
