We're seeking exceptional individuals to join our Claims team as Claims Advisors. This is a fantastic opportunity for customer service superstars to develop their skills and deliver outstanding outcomes for customers.

The role involves providing end-to-end service delivery of claims, playing a key part in building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.

With no prior claims experience required, we welcome applicants who have the right attitude and desire to learn and grow with us.

This position offers a permanent part-time arrangement with two shift options:

  • Option 1: Work 8AM - 4PM over three days a week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
  • Option 2: Work 9AM - 2PM over five days a week (Monday - Friday) with 25 hours per week.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop a strong people culture and work closely with a dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a Claims Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve claims and achieve business objectives.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
